Charme da Graça is a cozy guest house in the heart of Lisbon, and I've had the pleasure of working with them on two separate occasions. The first collaboration, back in 2019, focused on rebranding their logo, color palette, and creating content pillars for a clearer brand identity. Now, in our ongoing partnership, I handle full Instagram management from start to finish.

My responsibilities include feed branding, content creation, community management, scheduling, and engagement—all while maintaining a consistent, engaging presence. I also manage ads (although we majority focus on organic growth), craft captions in both English and Portuguese, create guides, and design visuals that showcase the unique essence of Charme da Graça. It’s all about bringing their story to life and connecting with their audience authentically.
